At MASS DYNAMIC, we aim to make delivery and returns simple and straightforward.
Delivery Options
Standard Delivery — FREE
Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days.
Express Delivery — £4.95
Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by bank holidays, busy periods, severe weather or courier delays. Business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is available, the details will be sent to you after your order has been dispatched.
Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period.
30-Day Returns
You may return an eligible product within 30 days of receiving your order.
To request a return, email contact@massdynamic.uk with:
- Your name
- Order number
- Product you wish to return
- Reason for the return
Please wait for our return instructions before sending your product.
Returned products must be unused, uninstalled and in their original condition, with all packaging, accessories, fittings and instructions included.
For hygiene reasons, sealed products must remain unopened unless they are faulty.
Return Postage
Customers are responsible for return postage costs when returning an unwanted product or changing their mind.
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us before returning it. Where appropriate, we will arrange the return or reimburse reasonable return postage costs.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
The Express Delivery charge is not refundable when an order is returned because you have changed your mind.
Products returned used, damaged, incomplete or without their original packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives faulty, damaged, incomplete or different from what you ordered.
Email contact@massdynamic.uk with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where possible. Please do not dispose of or return the product until our team has provided instructions.
